Iced Soothing Gut Tonic Recipe

This refreshing anti-bloat, anti-inflammatory, gut loving tonic is the perfect addition to your summer days.

Ease bloating and gas, protect the liver, improve immunity and increase nutrient absorption with this super easy tonic recipe!

Recipe:

2 tbsp Aloe Juice

Ginger and Lemon Tea

1-2 Droppers FLVC Tonic

Ice

Slices of Lemon and Mint

BENEFITS:

ALOE:

Gel from the inner leaf contains prebiotic polysaccharides (that feed our good microbes), and is anti-inflammatory, soothing gastric tissue (it's great for heart burn). It can also act as a mild laxative, FYI ;)

GINGER:

An anti-inflammatory, anti-spasmodic and carminative herb when it comes to our digestion. It can help ease symptoms of bloating and gas, reduce cramping and low inflammation in the GI tract.

LEMON:

Nutrients in this citrus help protect the liver and encourage good bile flow - both of which are important for good digestive function, nutrient absorption and gut health.

FULVIC AND HUMIC:

Can positively impact the composition of the gut microbiome, by encouraging the numbers of beneficial bacteria - which in turn provide us with a ton of health benefits, ranging from good digestion, neurotransmitter production, good immune function and more.
